With a family background in home building, Kate enjoyed site tours as a young girl with her dad – staking out lot boundaries and was fascinated from an early age with land development and the structural components of the home.

As a graduate of McMaster University in Sociology, Kate develops her relationships and the client experience using sociological methods and having a genuine appreciation and understanding for people’s interactions and culture of everyday life. She believes that a house is more than a home; it is about lifestyle and belonging to a community.

Her early professional years were in downtown Toronto working in the Financial Industry where she built her knowledge of business and investing. She later went on to work in Construction and Project Coordination with Toronto developers and custom home builders to broaden her understanding of the field. Her natural passion for people and helping them to reach their goals worked in synergy with this experience, which she combined to pursue a lifestyle she loved in residential real estate.

As a wife and proud mother of two, family values are the driving force of why she insists on humanizing the residential real estate transaction. Her competitive edge of understanding clients needs and listening to their goals allows her to work strategically for them when it comes to buying, selling and investing. Her vast understanding of the Toronto/GTA real estate market has provided a proven record in setting precedence of the level of initiative and outcome in the client experience.
